  At fisrt, Liqin Pan , Assistant to Chairman, read the 2017 cadre appointment.

  Then, Quan Zhuang, the President presented 2016 Work Report, which analysed the development of the compressor industry domestic and overseas. It says, as the international economic depresses and domestic economy slows in the year of 2016, the compressor industry has been faced with great pressure. Our company, as a part of the supply chain of compressor industry, also encountered a lot of difficulties. Between each department's work and coordination, we have overcome difficulties and remaine strong with year-on-year growth of more than 9 percent. 

  The 2016 Work Report summarized the problems in the work objectively based on data and in the meanwhile affirmed the achievements. According to the achievement of the goals of 2016 and the problems in the work, he gave comprehensive Planning Work of the next year. And he made detailed plans for how to strengthen the production and management, Quality Safety, innovative technology and the construction of culture talents.

  The Report says that we should grasp the company's overall development, change development strategy, improve the quality and implement the multiple business. Our goal should be a leading provider of the compressor industry. We must be full of confidence, concentrate our minds, attempt boldly and make persistent efforts to accomplish the operation targets of 2017.

  The chairman indicated Innovation Development, Quality Assurance and System Management as 3 important work in 2017.

1，Innovation Development

  Product R&D is the eternal source which promotes the company development and the fundamental guarantee for taking the initiative of the market. At present, competition in the industry has changed from pure price competition to the competition between new product innovation. Therefore, only when we produce new products and technology which are low-cost, high-efficient, customer needs satisfied can we have a bigger voice.

2, Quality Assurance

  Quality is a priority for all, and the development of new products also needs quality assurance. As a lot of problems are comprehensive and the customers' requirements getting higher and higher, we should not only offer a competitive price but also guarantee the quality. And in the meanwhile, we should have the quality awareness. Quality is about corporate reputation and enterprise survival, and we still have a lot of work to do. To complete the quality work, we should start from the basis and strengthen on supervision. One step further, quality awareness must be strengthened from the cadres to front-line employees.

3, System Management

  Delicacy management is one important part of system management, and there are many shortcomings in the system management. We should start with small things around us, do small things precisely and fine, and highlight the concept of delicacy management: No accumulation of steps, can't lead to thousand miles. No integration of streams, can't result in seas and oceans. In the new year, we will pay much attention to system &delicacy management and step up efforts to rewards and punishment.

  The year 2017 is the 30th year of our company, we should create new achievement with new attitude. Looking ahead, we will continue to carry forward the spirit of pragmatism, innovation, exploitation, enterprising, and plunge into work with immense zeal. We should make contribution to the construction and development of Yongwei Group with our concrete actions.

  The 2016 Annual Summary Meeting, with the spirit of pragmatic, forms the objectives for the future research and works, clarifys work tasks, economic indicator and development direction, so that it will lay the foundation for finishing the production plan of all departments.
